I cannot tell you how grateful Gary and I are for the impressive removal of a tree that had fallen on our house as a result of a bad windstorm during this past summer. Your team of experts did a fantastic job for us.

The tree had fallen around 9:30 pm on a Friday evening. I called C & S Tree Recycling Center  just prior to 8 am on a Saturday morning in early Jun, talked to a very helpful young woman, and within a few minutes, one of your folks was on site to assess the problem. He immediately had a team OB site 15 minutes later. The tree, which was a huge Bartlett Pear, which had four trunks, and one of which one had fallen onto our roof to the east. The remaining three trunks were in immediate danger of falling. The trunk to the east had also pierced the roof and had caused some damage, but not to the extent that it could have if it had not been removed immediately. Your team removed the offending trunk and proceeded to remove the entire tree in a matter of two hours (with the stump being removed the next afternoon, and on a Sunday no less!). They cleaned up the site and were at all times professional and courteous.

We were so impressed that I wanted to write to you to say that if you ever need a reference for any potential customers, please include us in your long list of satisfied customers.

I'm writing to inform you that C & S tree Service has done work on several occasions for Springfield City School District. We have found them to have a good response time. Once on the job, they complete the work in a timely manner, and clean up the area before leaving the work site.

I just had what I would call a miracle.

I called the C&S Tree Service on wed.& asked for someone to come out & give an estimate on work I wanted done. Not only did they come out when they said they would, but they gave me a price & said they would be out the next day.I accepted their price and told them to go ahead.The owner who came out told me they would do the job the next day.
 
WELL the next day I had a hand written bill in my door & they called me & asked if everything was OK. I said what is OK. & she told me that they had already done the job. Well I went out & looked & sure enough everything was done as he said it would be & I could'nt believe it.

Two days after I had called for an estimate the job was done & carted away & its a miracle. I have lived in this town my entire life, 85 yrs. & have never seen anything like this. I am one happy customer & if I ever need any  tree work agien, I will certainly call C&S.
