It started out as just trimming trees on the side and hauling brush out of a pickup truck.
Family-owned and operated, C & S Tree Service & Recycling Center has been growing since Clyde Suttles started the business 27 years ago. Clyde's father, Donald and long time friend, Floyd Lambert, started trimming trees as a side job, and all of a sudden, he got too busy. '"Word of mouth is what's done it for us,” said Suttles, who began helping his dad, and then made a business out of it. "I have never would have said that I'm going to go out and start my own tree business 26 years ago".
"It just grew too fast and developed into a living.”
